Southeast Bank PLC, Mastercard, CCI Bangladesh and SSLCommerz have launched a co-branded SME credit card for CCI Bangladesh’s distributors.
The specially designed card aims to help distributors manage business finances more efficiently, make secure digital payments and access working capital for day-to-day operations.
CCI Bangladesh is part of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), a major bottler and marketer of Coca-Cola beverages.
Around 200 CCI Bangladesh distributors across urban and rural areas are expected to benefit from the initiative. The card will support business expenses, product purchases and other operational costs while also helping distributors manage cash flow and expand their businesses.
The card offers up to 45 days of interest-free credit, allowing distributors to manage their routine business expenses with greater flexibility.
Mastercard Bangladesh Country Manager Zakia Sultana said distributors play an important role in Bangladesh’s economy by helping businesses reach consumers and supporting growth throughout the value chain.
She said the partnership would support the digital transformation of the country’s distribution ecosystem by providing secure payment and credit solutions.
Southeast Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director Md Sekander-E-Azam said the bank remains committed to providing solutions that address the changing financial needs of businesses.
He said the co-branded SME credit card would provide CCI Bangladesh distributors with easier access to working capital while simplifying financial management and business operations.
CCI Bangladesh Managing Director Shadab Ahmed Khan said distributors play a vital role in delivering the company’s products to consumers across the country. He said the partnership reflects CCI Bangladesh’s commitment to providing financial solutions that improve business efficiency, facilitate access to financing and support long-term growth.
SSLCommerz Managing Director Saiful Islam said the initiative demonstrates the potential created when technology, banking institutions and global brands work together toward a common goal.
SSLCommerz is providing the core technology platform for digital payments under the initiative, connecting CCI Bangladesh’s distribution ecosystem with Southeast Bank and Mastercard through a secure and convenient platform.
The participating organisations said the initiative reflects their shared commitment to expanding innovative financial services for Bangladesh’s SME sector, strengthening distribution networks and contributing to a more inclusive and digitally driven economy.
