Successful Entrepreneur Transforms Local Economy Through Nursery In Gazipur

A Nursery Located in the Sinabh area of Mochak Union in Kaliakair Upazila of Gazipur district, the Independent Bangla Nursery has set a unique example in local agriculture and economy. The founder of the nursery, Ahirul Islam, used to make a living by working as a carpenter for many years. Inspired by the nursery business, many more youths and farmers in the area have joined this profession; it plays an important role in the development of agriculture and economy.

His story has become a source of inspiration for local youth. The agricultural department continues to provide assistance by regularly monitoring and advising the nursery; this ensures its sustainability. Ahirul Islam has improved the standard of living of his family through the nursery and contributes to the promotion of agricultural practices in society. He has also expressed his desire to expand the nursery in the future and play a greater role in the economic development of the area.
