ICT Division Honors Outgoing Secretary at Farewell Reception

A farewell reception was held today at the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division in honor of the outgoing Secretary, Kazi Anwar Hossain, following his transfer.

The event was attended by Fakir Mahbub Anam, Minister of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology, as the Chief Guest.

In his remarks, the Minister praised the outgoing Secretary for his professional competence, administrative wisdom, and valuable contributions to the ICT sector. He also wished him continued success in his future endeavors.

Officials present at the ceremony highlighted various aspects of Kazi Anwar Hossain’s distinguished career and his contributions to the public service.

In his farewell speech, Kazi Anwar Hossain expressed his gratitude to all colleagues and stakeholders for their cooperation and support throughout his tenure.

The event was chaired by Md. Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan, Acting Secretary of the ICT Division. Rehan Asif Asad, Adviser to the Prime Minister on the affairs of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology, attended the program as the Special Guest.

Senior officials of the ICT Division and other distinguished guests were also present at the farewell reception.
