Prime Minister Chairs Meeting on Climate Messaging and World Environment Day Activities

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman chaired a meeting on climate messaging and World Environment Day programs.
The meeting was held on Saturday morning at the Prime Minister’s Office in Tejgaon, Dhaka, where discussions focused on phase-wise climate communication initiatives and various World Environment Day activities in connection with the inauguration of the nationwide campaign to plant 250 million trees.
During the meeting, officials reviewed different aspects of raising public awareness to address climate change, ensuring public participation in environmental conservation efforts, and the successful implementation of the 250-million-tree plantation program.
The information was confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary, Zahidul Islam Rony.
