Leisure Hoteliers of Bangladesh Hosts Grand Iftar Get-Together

Leisure Hoteliers of Bangladesh (LHB) successfully organized a prestigious Iftar Get-Together on 22 February 2026 at Hotel Amari Dhaka, bringing together prominent hoteliers from leading leisure hotels across the country.

The event served as a platform to strengthen unity, collaboration, and networking within Bangladesh’s hospitality industry during the holy month of Ramadan.

The evening was graced by distinguished personalities from the hospitality and tourism sector. The Special Guests included legendary hotelier of Bangladesh, Mr. Shahid Hamid FIH; Mr. Md. Al-Amin, General Manager of Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel; and Mr. Mohibul Islam, Deputy Director of Bangladesh Tourism Board.

Their presence added significant value to the gathering and inspired industry professionals with their insights and experiences.

The Iftar Get-Together was proudly presented by GUSTAV. A key highlight of the evening was the official announcement of the newly formed 61-member Committee of Leisure Hoteliers of Bangladesh.

The committee was formed under the leadership of Mr. Mohammad Imran Humayun Khan, President, Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Senior Vice President & Mr. Shamim Hasan, General Secretary.

The formation of this committee marks a significant milestone in strengthening the organizational structure and future direction of LHB.

The event concluded with a spirit of unity, partnership, and commitment to advancing Bangladesh’s leisure hospitality sector to new heights.
