MGI is set to make a groundbreaking entry into the retail sector after signing an agreement with Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) to launch nine Fresh Super Mart outlets across MRT Line-6 stations.
This marks the first time in Bangladesh that retail stores will operate inside metro stations, bringing modern, convenient shopping experiences directly to thousands of daily commuters.
The outlets are scheduled to begin operations in January 2026, offering accessible everyday essentials in a fast, commuter-friendly format.
