Gold Prices in Bangladesh: How Much Is a Bhori of 22-Carat Gold?

Gold prices in Bangladesh remain at the revised rates announced by the Bangladesh Jewellers Association (BAJUS), as no further price adjustment has been announced. As a result, gold is being sold at the existing rates on Thursday (October 29).
According to the BAJUS price list, one bhori of 22-carat gold currently costs Tk 223,074. The price of 21-carat gold is Tk 213,043 per bhori.
Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is priced at Tk 182,950 per bhori, while gold sold under the traditional method costs Tk 149,474 per bhori.
The revised prices came into effect at 10:00 am on Wednesday (October 28), according to the BAJUS announcement. These rates will remain in place until the association announces another adjustment.
