Prime Minister Thanks Law and Home Ministers for Swift Justice in Ramisa Murder Case

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has expressed gratitude to the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and the Home Minister for the swift identification and legal action against the accused in the brutal murder of child Ramisa.

According to a press release issued by the National Parliament Secretariat on Sunday, the matter was discussed in a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee held at the National Parliament.

The Prime Minister appreciated the effective role of the concerned ministries and law enforcement agencies in ensuring quick investigation, identification, and arrest of the perpetrators.

He stated that the swift progress in the case reflects the government’s strong commitment to maintaining law and order.

The Prime Minister also expressed hope that the trial will be completed in a fair and timely manner and that the guilty will be awarded the maximum punishment under the existing law.

He urged all law enforcement agencies and investigators to continue their professionalism and dedication in ensuring public safety.
