China’s President Xi Jinping has put forward a four-point proposal aimed at establishing peace and stability in the Middle East, during a meeting in Beijing with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed.

The proposals were presented as part of high-level discussions focused on regional security and cooperation. According to official statements, the initiative reflects China’s broader diplomatic effort to support de-escalation and promote political solutions to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
