Khaas Food Strengthens Commitment to Consumer Rights and Service Excellence

Khaas Food Limited has launched a new initiative to strengthen consumer confidence and further enhance the quality of its products and services by organizing a day-long training program on the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, and best practices in customer service.
The training and discussion session, held on Wednesday (22 July) at the company's headquarters in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, was conducted by officials from the National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection.
The program was led by Bikash Chandra Das, Deputy Director (Training and Public Awareness), Md. Abdul Jabbar Mondal, Assistant Director (Metro-1), and Tahmina Begum, Assistant Director (Training). Managing Director Habibul Mostafa, along with officers and employees from various departments of Khaas Food Limited, attended the event.
Through real-life case studies, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, participants gained practical knowledge about consumer rights, food safety, complaint management, and quality customer service.
During the training, Tahmina Begum explained key provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, highlighting consumer rights, legal enforcement, and the responsibilities of business organizations.
Assistant Director Md. Abdul Jabbar Mondal emphasized that ethics, transparency, and professional conduct are essential for achieving customer satisfaction. He also encouraged businesses to fulfill their legal and ethical obligations while strengthening their customer complaint management systems.
Deputy Director Bikash Chandra Das commended Khaas Food for organizing the timely initiative and said that the foundation of every successful brand lies in product quality and consumer satisfaction. He urged employees to remain committed to protecting consumer rights and assured the company's continued support from the National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection.
Managing Director Habibul Mostafa reaffirmed the company's commitment to ensuring both food safety and consumer rights.
