Asian Tourism Fair Opens at ICCB to Boost Regional Travel and Investment

The 13th Asian Tourism Fair (ATF) kicked off at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), drawing over 200 travel and hospitality companies from 10 countries to expand regional tourism commerce and unlock strategic investments.

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister M Rashiduzzaman Millat officially inaugurated the three-day trade exhibition alongside ministry officials and foreign diplomats.

The event features nearly 300 exhibition booths with participation from leading airlines, tour operators, hotel chains, resorts, and foreign embassies. Designed to foster commercial growth, the trade fair is built around three core segments: Destination Bangladesh Showcase, International Tourism Showcase, and Bangladesh Tourism Investment Showcase.

To drive corporate partnerships, the agenda incorporates dedicated business-to-business (B2B) networking sessions, investment seminars, product rollouts, and panel discussions. The event also offers daily evening cultural performances by delegations from Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines. The fair remains open to visitors daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
