The Kidlon Junior Talent Award 2025 lit up the KIB 3D Auditorium Hall in Dhaka with an inspiring celebration of Bangladesh’s young stars across 12 categories. Organized by Twimbol, the event marked a milestone as the country’s first large-scale initiative to recognize junior talents excelling in diverse fields, from innovation and entrepreneurship to social contribution and the arts.
While the event spotlighted 12 outstanding winners from 36 shortlisted nominees, it was the panel of esteemed judges that played a critical role in shaping the outcome and raising the event’s credibility.

The judging panel featured a diverse lineup of industry leaders, experts, and public figures, each bringing unique perspectives and experience to the selection process. Among them was Suraiya Siddiqua, Director of Sales and Marketing at Grameen Danone – Shokti, whose expertise in strategic marketing and social impact through nutrition-focused initiatives brought a sharp eye to evaluating entries in the health and social sectors.
Another notable judge was RobinRafan (Obidur Rahman), one of Bangladesh’s most influential digital creators, best known for pioneering the use of artificial intelligence in content creation. Fresh off his win as Best Content Creator at the 24th Babisas Awards, RobinRafan’s presence energized the event. Reflecting on the competition, he remarked, “This event has already become the talk of the town. I truly thank Kidlon and Twimbol for making this happen. It’s a great inspiration for juniors to push the boundaries of creativity across fields.”
Aysha Siddika, a celebrated dietitian and nutritionist with over 14 years of experience at the Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital and Easy Diet BD Limited, provided critical insights into the healthcare and wellness categories, ensuring young changemakers were recognized for meaningful impact on public health.
Completing the panel was Tania Taslima, Managing Director of 2TS Creation, a trailblazing entrepreneur in Bangladesh’s fashion and design scene. Tania, known for her commitment to nurturing creative enterprises and youth engagement, evaluated entries with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and artistic flair.
The judges faced the challenging task of narrowing down over 300 initial applicants to 36 nominees, and ultimately, selecting 12 winners based on merit, creativity, and social impact. Among the winners were standout talents such as Md Mirajul Islam (Environmental Activities), Mahmud HM (Content Creator), Zarif Hasan (Innovation and Technology), and Ayaaz Mahmud (Kids Artist).
Reflecting on the success of the event, Antu Kareem, Managing Director of Kidlon Bangladesh, shared, “This was our first attempt in Bangladesh to encourage juniors to become experts in various fields. From now on, we plan to organize events like this every year.”
Event organizer Shamim Ashraf emphasized the long-term vision: “We aim to recognize children’s creativity and continue organizing programs that inspire their growth and confidence.”
With a powerhouse panel of judges and a new generation of talent stepping into the spotlight, the Kidlon Junior Talent Award 2025 has set a new benchmark for youth recognition in Bangladesh — and promises to become an annual highlight on the country’s cultural calendar.
