Tabassum Imam Appointed CEO and Director of Nex Real Estate Limited

Dhaka: Tabassum Imam has officially joined Nex Real Estate Limited as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director, effective 20 July 2026, marking a new leadership chapter for the growing real estate company.
With more than 14 years of experience in Bangladesh's real estate industry, Tabassum Imam has held senior management positions at several leading real estate organizations. She brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development, corporate management, sales, marketing, branding, customer service, and organizational leadership.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and has completed the CIBS Diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). Over the years, she has enhanced her professional capabilities through numerous local and international leadership programs, executive training courses, workshops, and seminars.

Following her appointment, Tabassum Imam said that the affiliated companies of Nex Real Estate have successfully operated for more than a decade across technology, healthcare, education, construction, engineering, architecture, and interior design. Leveraging this experience, the company aims to develop modern residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, resorts, and integrated real estate projects.

In addition to her role as CEO, Tabassum Imam serves as Vice President of the Bangladesh Real Estate Professionals Forum, where she contributes to policy development, professional capacity building, and the advancement of a sustainable real estate sector. She is also a Founding Member of the Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh, actively supporting women entrepreneurs and leadership development.

Her contributions to corporate leadership, women's empowerment, and the real estate industry have earned her several national and international recognitions, including the Global Star Women's Award 2025, International Professional Achiever (IPA) Award 2026, Professional Leadership Award, BRAC Tara Awards, and Stellar Women Award.

She has also completed numerous professional certifications in leadership communication, sales management, entrepreneurship, negotiation, real estate business, and corporate development from institutions in Bangladesh and abroad.
