French Montana Engaged to Dubai Princess Sheikha Mahra

In a headline-grabbing turn of events, Moroccan-American rapper French Montana and Dubai’s Princess Sheikha Mahra Binte Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum are officially engaged. The proposal took place during Paris Fashion Week in June 2025, shortly after Montana made his runway debut for the 3. PARADIS Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
The couple had been romantically linked since late 2024, when they were spotted together in Dubai, Morocco, and Paris sharing intimate moments like tours of the city, camel rides in the desert, and romantic strolls across the Pont des Arts. Their relationship became public this summer, culminating in their high-profile engagement.
Sheikha Mahra, daughter of Dubai’s ruler and UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, previously made headlines with her viral divorce announcement in July 2024, which she shared via Instagram using the traditional Islamic triple talaq. She shares a daughter with her ex-husband, Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed.
Born in 1994, Sheikha Mahra holds a degree in international relations and has launched her own perfume line, Mahra M1. The first fragrance was memorably named "Divorce," a nod to her separation.
Montana, 40, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, was previously married and has a teenage son. Known for hits like “Unforgettable,” he has navigated high-profile relationships before and continues to be a major figure in music and fashion.
