Dr. Thrina Islam Selected as Jury Member of DMF’s Digital Media Excellence Award 2025

Dr. Thrina Islam, a distinguished Clinical Researcher, Physician, and renowned news personality, has been selected as a Jury Member for the Digital Media Excellence Award 2025, organized by the Digital Media Forum (DMF).
Dr.Thrina Islam has an extensive career in both media and academia. She previously served as a news presenter and anchor in several renowned satellite television channels in Bangladesh, and later worked as the Head of News at the UK-based Bangladeshi satellite channel iON TV, UK.
She is currently serving as Director (Research & Development) at the International Online Journal Hub (IOJH) and Head of Operations & Chief News Presenter of the Business Daily. The Digital Media Excellence Award, now in its second edition, will honor outstanding contributions in journalism, media, and digital innovation across 19 categories.
The awards ceremony will take place on October 25, 2025, in Dhaka. The Business Daily community extended warm congratulations to Dr. Thrina Islam on this distinguished honor and wished her continued success in her professional journey.
