ABPoly Holds 2026 National Sales Conference

ABPolymer Industries Limited (ABPoly) held its National Sales Conference 2026 under the theme “Building Success Together.”

The day-long conference was recently held at Asian Grand Prince Chinese Restaurant & Convention Hall in Dhaka, bringing together sales personnel from across the country along with officials from different departments of the company.

The event was attended by Asian AB Group Chairman Mir Afsar Ali, Managing Director Bilash Das, Deputy Managing Director Mir Kawsar Ali, Senior Executive Director Chowdhury Kamrul Ahsan, and Director, Business Operations of Asian AB Polymer Industries Limited, Saurav Kumar Das, among others.

The conference provided a platform to review the company’s achievements, discuss strategic priorities, and provide guidance for future business growth. Speakers highlighted the company’s future plans, business priorities, and the importance of coordinated teamwork in taking ABPoly to greater heights.

One of the key highlights of the conference was the recognition of employees who achieved outstanding sales performance from January to July 2026. Awards and recognition were presented to top-performing Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Divisional Sales Managers.

In addition, 10 Sales Officers who maintained 100 percent achievement every month during the first seven months of the year were also recognized and awarded.

For their special contributions, awards were presented to Jahangir Alam, Sales Manager, National One; Misbah Ul Alam Chowdhury, Sales Manager, National Two; and Bikash Kumar Mallick, Sales Manager, National Three.

General Manager-Sales Ahidul Islam was honored with the “Sales Leadership Excellence” award for his significant role in leading the National Sales Team and ensuring consistent growth and performance.

During the conference, Ahidul Islam shared important guidance and recommendations with members of the sales team.

ABPoly Senior Brand Manager Sakib Hossain Arko presented the company’s future vision and expressed the goal of establishing ABPoly as one of the most trusted polymer brands in Bangladesh. He called on all employees to work together to achieve the company’s vision.

The conference concluded with a luncheon. Participants left the event with fresh ideas, stronger business insights, and renewed enthusiasm to contribute to ABPoly’s continued growth and success.
