Share Booking Fair for Bashundhara Medical City Begins at ICCB

A share sale and booking fair for the "Bashundhara Medical City and International Hospital" project has officially commenced at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital. The 1,000-bed international-standard hospital complex will comprise a total of 2,000 shares.
Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan, Managing Director of Tanvir Bashundhara Group (TBG), inaugurated the fair. Speaking at the opening ceremony, he stated that the construction of Bashundhara Medical City and International Hospital is launching with the goal of combining modern architecture with world-class healthcare services. Located in modern Dhaka, this mega facility will significantly enhance healthcare access and standards for both the residents of Bashundhara Residential Area and people across the country.
Highlighting the partnership with S Rahman Properties, he noted that this healthcare infrastructure will serve the community while generating long-term value and strong prospects for investors. He reaffirmed Bashundhara Group’s commitment to improving quality of life through modern infrastructure developments.
The fair will run through September 15, remaining open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Under the overall supervision of S Rahman Properties, the project offers investors exclusive perks, including special discounts, flexible installment plans, medical service discounts, and parking spot ownership. Additionally, share buyers stand a chance to win a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
S M Shahidur Rahman, Chairman of the organizing entity S Rahman Properties, shared that alongside hospital shares, investment opportunities are also available for medical shops and doctors' chambers within the complex.
